Therapist, Artist, Teacher


As a therapist, I’m available to work with individuals (teen and adults), couples/partnerships, and families. Currently I have availability on Tuesday and Thursday morning/early afternoon at LynLake Psychotherapy‘s Minneapolis Lakeside location, and Wednesdays all day at Allison Cross, LLC in Little Canada (just NE of St. Paul). As an artist, I work as an actress, theater and storytelling teacher, director, and writer. In my artistic career, I work for non-profits, schools, and commercial entities both in the US and overseas.

As a therapist,  I am available to counsel individuals, couples/partnerships, families, and groups. Areas of interest include: work with artists and creatives, highly-sensitive people,  women’s issues, and LGBTQ+ populations. Please click on “Therapy Work,” on this page’s banner for more details.

As an actress, I’m available to work both out of New York and Minneapolis. I’m represented by Bret Adams, Ltd. in New York.

As a teacher, I’ve worked in many schools directing and devising. I’ve also worked with teens in Urban 4-H to create a theater piece addressing racism and prejudice towards Muslims in the Minneapolis Somali community. In addition to work in the US, I’ve worked with residents of Cape Town creating a storytelling show addressing issues of apartheid, and illuminating participants’ personal history.

As a writer, I’m currently developing three new scripts. AUTHOR AUTHOR, Hungy Like the Wolf, and Ride or Die: a Post-Apocalyptic Three Sisters.
